Standish Executive Search Finds Change Agent for Killeen Manufacturing and Security Products

David F. Snelling of Spencer, Massachusetts has been selected as Director of Operations for Killeen Manufacturing and Security Products of Worcester, MA following a broad search conducted by Standish Executive Search.

Snelling, who has nearly 30-years of increasing experience in the manufacturing industry, will be responsible for developing a comprehensive strategic direction for the company’s operations, engineering and quality control disciplines, as well as developing programs and initiatives to favorably impact business performance and results. He will work directly with company President, Gene Degre, in this new role.

Founded in 1983, Killeen Manufacturing and Security Products based in Worcester, Massachusetts manufactures over 15 different keyways for Small Format Interchangeable Core products that are interchangeable with Best, Arrow and Falcon. KSP manufactures Mortise housings that have both the staked-on and screw-on cams available. Killeen offers a Large Format Housing that accepts the “Schlage” large format cores and supplies locksmith tools such as capping blocks, housing wrenches and staking tools.
