Highly Anticipated Return of The Business Value Forum Kicks Off On May 11

Mark your calendars! After a "Covid hiatus," The Business Value Forum is pleased to welcome you to the upcoming event: "A People Operating System." Register below!

A People Operating System

May 11, 2022 – 7:30 – 9:30 AM Bello Center at the Bryant University campus

EOS is not a computer operating system, it is a people operating system. Here’s the premise: When you run on EOS, everyone is working toward the same goals. Your business runs more smoothly and profitably. You break through the ceiling to achieve growth. And you simply enjoy life more.

Specifically, EOS, the Entrepreneurial Operating System®, is a complete set of simple concepts and practical tools that has helped entrepreneurs around the world get what they want from their businesses. It helps leadership teams in three areas:

  • VISION: Get everyone in your organization 100% on the same page with where you’re going and how you plan to get there.

  • TRACTION®: Instill focus, discipline, and accountability throughout the company so that everyone executes on that vision – every day.

  • HEALTH: Help your leaders become a more cohesive, functional, healthy leadership team.

Join us for a discussion led by Jack Keniley about his experiences leading clients through the process of implementing EOS. Two CEOs who have successfully implemented EOS in their operations will join Jack to provide insight on the challenges they faced and the impact it has had on their businesses.

Jack has spent 25 years working with entrepreneurs, family businesses and privately held corporate ventures, helping them launch, grow and prosper. Prior to his involvement with EOS, Jack was a consultant for a major international consulting firm performing engagements in strategy development, operations and product development. He was a lecturer at the Wharton School as well as an early pioneer in the craft brew industry. He has an undergraduate degree in Economics from Georgetown University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

BVF is a non-profit, non-membership organization providing business owners and influencers, C-suite execs and other professionals with a compelling line-up of vibrant speakers who address the vital issues at the forefront of developing, growing and sustaining an organization’s value.
